This project was just an external works project consisting of a full hand dismantle and removal of 3 levels of Brise Soliel Canopy. The building/canopy was 40m long and was removed across 3 levels from a fixed scaffold.
50 ton of waste was generated from this unusual project.

This project was a helping hand to one of our repeat clients and also consisted of an additional instructed 3500m2 of plasterboard and fiberglass roof insulation. The roof was constructed of 4m cement asbestos sheets, sectional roof lighting panels fixed to steel purlins. The project accumulated upwards of 100 tons of cement asbestos waste from the roof alone.
This was an initial enabling task of a larger scale full demolition project we assisted one of our clients.
The project was completed utilising large Scissor Lift MEWPs for access and Telehandlers to assist in waste extraction.
Services – Full Office Strip with Internal Demolition

The building previously belonged to Toshiba as their offices in East Anglia and we were required to complete a full back to shell strip out consisting of removing all floor finishes and false floors, ceilings, services and all fixtures and fittings.
Included in our package was the demolition of 500lm of concrete walls, the removal of 200m2 of 100mm screed floor and Created 8 openings through concrete Core walls. During these works we utilised Robotic Demolition by the way of Brokks, Wall and Floor saws for the openings.
The project generated 145 Ton of waste that was disposed of with one of many waste skip providers seeing 98% for the waste fully recycled.
